Walk Down Spicewood

Looking for an office space

So I went one morning walking down spicewood springs road, I had my coffee in hand, it was early about 8am. The walk began and it was a bit muggy and humid, almost hot. I saw several spots that were interesting but nothing that leaped out at me. I did notice that it was very busy and somewhat loud there. Not what Im used to, but overall the location is good a near to alot in Austin.
